Refund policy

Our products are exclusively available for purchase within the United States.

Return Policy

  • Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@luthcreative.com within 45 days of receiving your order to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
    You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.   • Return Shipping Costs:We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items or incorrect items received.
    For other returns, a return shipping fee of $5.49 will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 30% may apply to returned items that are not defective or incorrectly shipped.

Damages, Issues, and Lost packages

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • In the case of a lost return shipment, please contact us at support@luthcreative.com with your tracking information. We will investigate the issue and work with you to find a resolution.

Promotional Items

  • Promotional items may be subject to different return and exchange policies.
    Please refer to the specific terms of the promotion for details.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
    You can initiate an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@luthcreative.com to begin the exchange process.

Refunds Policy

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@luthcreative.com.
