Shipping policy

All items are made to order. This means that when you place your order, we print/make that item just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!

Production Time: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time: Once your item/s is shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Shipping Fee: Shipping is calculated at Checkout from your order subtotal. US orders under $50 ship for $5.79, $50 to $79.99 ship for $9.79, and $80 to $119.99 ship for $14.95. Orders to Canada, Australia, and Europe use subtotal-based rates shown at checkout. For other countries, the carrier rate is calculated at checkout from your package and shipping address.

Free shipping: US orders of $120 or more ship free.

Tracking Number: When available, we will send you the tracking number via email so that you can track your order's status.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
