Every item is made to order just for you. Production takes 3–5 business days before your order ships.

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email when it is available.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items and your address. Orders over $120 ship free.

On the product page, fill in the personalization fields (names, dates, photos or a message) before you add the item to your cart. Please double-check spelling — we print exactly what you enter.

Yes — within 2 hours of placing your order. Email support@luthcreative.com with your order number and the change you need. After 2 hours your item may already be in production. See Cancellation & Changes.

Contact us right away at support@luthcreative.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or refund you, and we cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they are made just for you. Other items can be returned within 45 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging; a $5.49 return shipping fee and a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
