You should see tracking events within 48-96 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking events only show up once the shipment is handed over to the next facility.

We understand your worry while waiting for your package. It is common that your shipment delays in updating tracking information in a few days but they are still being routed to your destination. This will happen frequently in sale or high seasons.

If you just placed your order, tracking information will be displayed after your order starts being shipped.

In case your order is stuck for 10-15 days with no updates, please email us via the Contact Us button so that the problem can be sorted out as quickly as possible.

If you received the delivery notice but the package is not in your mailbox, in your apartment office, or on the porch/doorstep, please don't worry, there are a few possibilities and steps to do in that event.

• It could be delivered to the PO Box if you have one. Please stop by the post office to collect your package.
• Your neighbors and housemates might have received it in error. You might want to reach out to them.
• Some carriers' delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "Delivered" prematurely. Please wait 2-3 business days because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following days.
• In addition, it's always a good idea to check the delivery address on your order confirmation to ensure it was correct. If the address was incorrect, the package may have been delivered to the wrong location.
  

There are usually 2 common reasons that your package is returned: 

1. Your shipping address is incorrect/insufficient. Please contact the nearest local post to check if it is still being held in there. If not, a small reshipping fees will be applicable to resend your package to your correct address.
2. Another reason is that you were not able to collect your package when it was out for delivery, your package would be kept at the local post office for a period of time for pickup before they send it back to the sender. If you are not able to collect your package in time, we are willing to send you a replacement. 
   

If the second package cannot reach you, we are sorry that there won't be anything else we can do to help.

• Air dry: Skip the dryer. Hang or lay your shirt flat to dry to prevent shrinking and fading.
• Iron carefully: If you must iron, use low heat and avoid the design area.
• Store thoughtfully: Keep your shirt folded in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

1. Charged Twice?

• PayPal: The second charge might be a pre-authorization that will disappear. Contact PayPal to disable this setting.
• Credit Card: It could be a pending transaction that will clear within a few business days.
• No change after 5-7 business days? Reach out to us and we'll investigate.

2. Overcharged?

• Currency Conversion: Our prices are in USD. If you pay with a different currency, your bank/payment processor will convert it at their exchange rate.
• We inform you: We notify customers about this during checkout, on the payment page, and in our FAQs.
