Every item is made to order just for you. Production takes 3 to 5 business days before your order ships.

After your order ships, US delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days. International delivery takes longer, and the estimate is shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email when it is available.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order subtotal. US orders under $50 ship for $5.79, $50 to $79.99 for $9.79, $80 to $119.99 for $14.95, and US orders of $120 or more ship free. International rates are shown at checkout.

On the product page, fill in the personalization fields (names, dates, photos or a message) before you add the item to your cart. Please double-check spelling, because we print exactly what you enter.

Yes, within 2 hours of placing your order. Email support@luthcreative.com with your order number and the change you need. After 2 hours your item may already be in production. See Cancellation & Changes.

Contact us right away at support@luthcreative.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or refund you, and we cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

Personalized and custom-made items cannot be returned for a change of mind, because they are made just for you. Other items can be returned within 45 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging; a $5.49 return shipping fee and a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it.
