When will I get my tracking number?

Every item is personalized and made to order, which takes 3–5 business days. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

How long does shipping take?

US shipping takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. Shipping is $5.79 and free on orders over $120. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. What should I do?

Carriers sometimes only scan a package at major hubs, so a pause of 1–2 days is normal. If there is no update for more than 5 business days, email support@luthcreative.com with your order number and we'll check with the carrier for you.

My package says delivered but I can't find it.

Check around your door, mailbox and with neighbors, and wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. Still missing after 48 hours? Email support@luthcreative.com with your order number so we can help.
