How long does delivery take?
Every item is made to order. Production takes 3 to 5 business days, and shipping within the US takes 2 to 5 business days after that. Order at least two weeks before a birthday or holiday.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order subtotal. US orders under $50 ship for $5.79, orders from $50 to $79.99 for $9.79, orders from $80 to $119.99 for $14.95, and orders of $120 or more ship free.
How do I track my order?
We email your tracking number when the order ships. You can also check it on the Track your order page with your order number and email.
What if my address is wrong?
Check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address or redirected by the carrier. If you spot a mistake, email support@luthcreative.com right away.
