- Contact us at support@luthcreative.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Personalized and custom-made items can't be returned for a change of mind, because they are made just for you.
- Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll send a free replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
- Returned items must be unused, with tags and in their original packaging.
- Other returns: a $5.49 return shipping fee applies, and a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
- Exchanges: contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds: sent to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is approved.
